End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Subject to payment and these terms, Nullvanta grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the purchased software for personal and commercial music production.

2. Ownership

The software, interface, branding, code, presets and related intellectual property remain owned by Nullvanta and its licensors. Purchase grants a license to use the software; it does not transfer ownership.

3. Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, publish, rent or share the software or license credentials except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.

4. Updates

Nullvanta may provide maintenance updates, compatibility updates or feature releases at its discretion. Major paid upgrades may be offered separately.

5. Warranty and Liability

The software is provided on an “as is” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nullvanta does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the software.
